Meet the Founder

Greetings and welcome to De La Luz Wellness!
As a young woman in my early 20’s I began my journey to find out how I could heal, love, live, and birth as naturally as possible.
I attended several births including my own by then and saw the need for comprehensive, intuitive support. Seeing women’s opinions and bodies disregarded during such a sacred time struck a chord in me.
I committed myself to being present for my loved ones and my community from that moment forward. Over the years, my journey has led me to the study of herbal medicine, Usui Reiki energy healing, deeper birth work training, yoga, and other eastern modalities of healing.
De La Luz is a vehicle to empower birthing people and their families to activate their inner warrior and personal magic along their birthing journey. It’s an honor to serve each family with intuitive care, advocacy, and support.
As you begin your journey, I’d be honored to walk beside you.
